Hi, I would like to post an Ad for rental of one room for our house.Please advise on how to do this.

There are number of ways of doing that.
Be a real estate salesperson:
(1) Take up a real estate course, pass the exam (2 papers), register with an agent, pay the annual subscription fees with the agent. Registered with CEA, pay the annual subscription fee.
(2) Registered with Propertyguru and pay the subscriptions fees.
Engage a real estate salesperson.
(1) Let him/her do all the work to find you a tenant and pay him/her a service fee for the job.
